Revisions vs. changes

Separate bugs (built work doesn't match the signed spec: fixed free) from changes (new or different behaviour: change order). Write acceptance criteria per feature so 'done' is testable.

Scope-creep red flags

• No access to hosting/DNS until the week of launch
• Spec 'we'll figure it out as we go' on a fixed price
